This is a very sturdy and large hook & eye clasp with 2 18 gauge unsoldered German Silver (Nickle) rings, silver plated. Hook is 20 gauge. Handmade in the 1990's in Afghanistan. Fabricated wire hook, fitting for any silver-themed heavy necklace design. Stiff and quite sturdy for a heavy necklace. Total length with rings is 1 1/8 inch. Sold in groups of 5 clasps.
